Addison Group's client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support project coordination and day-to-day operations within a fast-paced creative environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing details, working across multiple projects, and staying up to date with digital and social media trends.
Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and project support to help keep initiatives on schedule and organized. This individual will assist with research, reporting, communications, meeting preparation, and project coordination while ensuring work is accurate, polished, and completed on time.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to keep projects, priorities, and upcoming deadlines organized.
  • Monitor project schedules, follow up on progress, and help identify solutions to keep deliverables on track.
  • Conduct research and assist with preparing reports, written materials, and project documentation.
  • Review and proofread materials for accuracy, consistency, and quality before final delivery.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain project information, files, and creative assets.
  • Facilitate clear communication among team members to ensure projects move forward efficiently.
  • Monitor social media activity, industry developments, emerging trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Build positive working relationships with team members and other departments.
  • Assist with meetings, events, and project activities from initial planning through completion.

  • Take on additional administrative responsibilities and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Previous administrative, project coordination, or related professional experience.
