Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Collaborate with the kitchen team to prepare and assemble menu items, with a primary focus on our signature wood-fired rotisserie chicken. This includes marinating, seasoning, and ensuring that the chicken is cooked to perfection over an open flame.
- Cooking and Grilling: Execute the cooking and grilling of various dishes following Cowboy Chicken's recipes and guidelines. Ensure that all food is prepared to meet our high-quality standards and taste expectations.
