Job description

Aldeez Sports Bar & Lounge in Dallas, TX is looking for energetic, reliable, and knowledgeable Hookah Servers to join our team! You’ll be the go-to person for all things hookah prepping, serving, maintaining quality, and creating a smooth, chill vibe for our guests during happy hour, themed nights, and weekend events.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve premium hookahs efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist guests with hookah selection and educate them on flavor options.
  • Ensure hookahs are properly cleaned, packed, and maintained throughout the night.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and provide refills or coals when needed.
  • Keep hookah station organized, stocked, and up to health and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with bartenders and servers to enhance overall guest experience.
  • Assist with setup and breakdown during events and busy nights.
  • Support floor staff during downtime (e.g., clearing tables or light barback tasks).

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a hookah server or in hospitality is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person!
  • Outgoing personality with great customer service and communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast paced nightlife environment.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time during high volume hours.
  • Must be 21+ with reliable transportation.
