YOUR ROLE
Schedule: This is a full-time, seasonal role requiring the availability to work weekends and holidays.
Your Typical Shift: As one of our Seasonal Country Club Lifeguards, your day revolves around ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our members. You monitor the pool area for any potential hazards, keeping a vigilant eye on swimmers to ensure they're safe. In the event of an emergency, you are ready to respond swiftly, performing water rescues or administering CPR and first aid.
Throughout the day, you assist with maintaining a clean and inviting pool environment, making sure the pool is free of debris and that safety equipment is in place. You also interact with members, answering their questions, ensuring they follow pool rules, and providing top-notch customer service.
THE REQUIREMENTS
  • Current lifeguard certification (American Red Cross or equivalent)
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Strong swimming skills and the ability to pass a swim test
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure

Previous lifeguard experience is preferred but not required!
