A country club is a private membership organization that offers recreational and social facilities, such as golf courses, tennis courts, swimming pools, dining areas, and event spaces. Members typically pay initiation fees and annual dues to access these amenities and participate in club-sponsored activities. Country clubs often provide a sense of community and exclusivity, and may host social events, tournaments, and private gatherings. Membership requirements and offerings can vary widely between clubs.

What are the typical responsibilities and expectations for employees working at a country club?

Employees at a country club typically provide high-quality service to members and guests, which can include roles in hospitality, golf course maintenance, event planning, and administration. Team members are expected to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring that members have a positive experience.
