These roles focus on providing excellent customer service to club members and ensuring a high-quality recreational experience. Employees may work in outdoor and hospitality settings, interacting with guests and maintaining club facilities. Team members often rotate between indoor and outdoor settings, collaborating with colleagues in food service, groundskeeping, and guest services. The environment is generally fast-paced, especially during peak hours or events, so flexibility and strong communication skills are important.
