Reports To: Dining Room Manager

The Country Club of Spartanburg is seeking experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven bartenders to join our food and beverage team. Our club offers a welcoming, family-oriented atmosphere where members gather to relax, socialize, and enjoy exceptional service throughout the day and evening.

We are looking for individuals who are personable, dependable, professional, and passionate about creating memorable member experiences. Private club, upscale dining, or high-volume hospitality experience is preferred.

Position Summary

Prepare and serve beverages while providing outstanding hospitality and attentive service to club members and guests in a professional and welcoming environment.

  • Maintain proper inventory, stocking, and bar setup procedures
  • Follow all alcohol service regulations and club policies
  • Communicate member feedback or operational concerns to management
  • Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties
  • Work collaboratively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure exceptional member experiences
