 POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a licensed Esthetician to provide professional skincare services while delivering an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, client-focused, and committed to maintaining high standards of service, sanitation, and professionalism

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & SKILLS REQUIRED

    •  Active esthetician license in good standing
    •  Prior spa or skincare experience preferred
    •  Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and products
    •  Excellent customer service and communication skills
    •  Professional appearance and positive attitude
    •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Perform esthetic services within the scope of licensure, including facials, extractions, waxing, and skincare treatments
    •  Conduct client consultations and skin analysis
    •  Educate clients on treatments, skincare routines, and products
    •  Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment room
    •  Accurately document client services
    •  Promote retail products and service packages
    •  Follow all company policies and safety standards

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Repetitive hand and arm movements
  •  Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
