Established in 1928, the West Shore Country Club was envisioned as a place where friends could gather for social and recreational activities. Over the years, as membership grew, our original vision has remained true. Located on 164 rolling acres in the heart of South Central Pennsylvania, our club offers the finest in golf, tennis, swimming, dining and social activities for your leisure times. Our variety of banquet settings can accommodate parties from a small business meeting to a grand wedding celebration. Our beautiful clubhouse and impeccably groomed grounds add to the aura of quiet sophistication that is the West Shore Country Club.
The halfway house is a small on-course food and beverage venue conveniently located near the the 9th hole. Providing golfers with a quick and refreshing stop to purchase food and beverages without disrupting the pace of play.
The Tee Bar Attendant reports directly to the Food and Beverage Manager and plays a key role in delivering an exceptional on-course experience. This position focuses on efficient service while building positive relationships with members and guests. By providing friendly, attentive, and timely service, the Tee Bar Attendant helps enhance each golfer's overall enjoyment while on the course.
This position is part-time, seasonal.
Requirements
Position Duties/Responsibilities
  • Open and close the Tee Bar according to prepared checklists following Cub procedures.
  • Provide food and beverage service to members and guests according to Club standards.
  • Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations and Club policies and procedures regarding alcoholic beverages and responsible serving.
  • Stock food and beverage items to ensure availability for ordering.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the Tee Bar

Job Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age, or older, to prepare and serve alcoholic beverages.
  • RAMP Certification required per state requirements, within 30 days of employment (Club will provide)
  • Must be available to weekdays, weekends and holidays: Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day
