Position: Staff Accountant – Costing & Inventory

Location: Elkhart, IN (Onsite)

Overview of the Staff Accountant – Costing & Inventory role:
• Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and inventory adjustments to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Maintain and review Bill of Materials (BOMs) and product costing within the ERP system.
• Analyze material, labor, and overhead variances and support reporting for plant leadership.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and inventory valuation.

Preferred Qualifications for the Staff Accountant – Costing & Inventory role:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 0–3 years of accounting experience; manufacturing or inventory experience is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and data analysis.
