Description
A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Controller to support multiple operational sites. This role is a key financial leader responsible for FP&A, cost accounting, P&L oversight, and ensuring accurate financial reporting with strong internal controls. The Controller partners closely with plant leadership, sales, and operations to drive performance and provide strategic financial insights. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite per week.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee financial policies, internal controls, and asset protectionPrepare and review financial statements for assigned business unitsLead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisSupport product margin analysis and operational metricsPartner with leadership teams to guide financial decisionsContribute to M&A activities and due diligenceDrive process improvements and develop performance metricsQualifications5+ years of accounting/finance experienceBachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceStrong communication, analytical, and leadership skillsHigh attention to detail and integrityPreferredAdvanced degree or certification (CPA, CMA, MBA)Manufacturing experience
