A controller is a senior financial officer responsible for accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls, while a Vice President (VP) is a higher executive role that may oversee multiple departments, including finance. • Maintain a strong presence on the plant floor and build relationships with production, operations, and leadership teams
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of accounting or finance experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong experience with cost accounting, bill of materials (BOMs), inventory management, and manufacturing financial reporting
  • Proven ability to balance hands-on operational involvement with strategic financial leadership

  • Strong leadership, communication, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Advanced Excel and ERP system experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • CPA or CMA designation is a plus
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range of $80,000–$110,000 based on experience
  • Stable, fully onsite leadership opportunity in a growing manufacturing environment
  • Collaborative culture with direct exposure to operations and executive leadership
