Descripcion del puesto

Mision: Garantizar la integridad financiera y el desempeno del Proyecto Sergio Cuevas. Supervisara la planificacion, el seguimiento y el analisis de costos en todas las fases del proyecto, proporcionando informacion financiera precisa que respalde una toma de decisiones eficaz.

Funciones principales:

Participar en la preparacion del presupuesto inicial del proyecto (presupuesto cero).

Controlar y monitorear los costos comprometidos e incurridos.

Coordinar con los distintos departamentos del proyecto para recopilar datos confiables para una prevision de costos precisa (Estimacion para la Finalizacion - ETC) y para anticipar posibles desviaciones en compras, cantidades o precios. Preparar informes de control de costos y colaborar con el departamento de planificacion en el desarrollo financiero de las actividades programadas, con una proyeccion minima de nueve meses.

Supervisar el consumo real frente al planificado de recursos clave, verificar las cantidades ejecutadas con respecto a las medidas planificadas e identificar posibles riesgos relacionados con los costos.

Colaborar estrechamente con el departamento de produccion para realizar analisis mensuales de las variaciones de costos y plazos, desglosar los costos en detalle y garantizar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos y estandares de control financiero.

Requisitos del candidato

Licenciatura en Ingenieria Industrial, Civil o Mecanica.

De 3 a 6 anos de experiencia en puestos similares (Ingeniero de Costos o Controlador de Costos), preferiblemente en el sector del agua o industrial.

Habilidades requeridas:

Dominio avanzado de herramientas de control de costos (SEO o equivalente).

Solido conocimiento de las estructuras de control de costos, la trazabilidad de costos unitarios y la preparacion de estudios economicos y pronosticos anuales para facturacion, produccion y margenes.

Experiencia en el seguimiento de riesgos y oportunidades relacionados con los costos, la gestion de ventas adicionales y la tramitacion de reclamaciones de proveedores y subcontratistas en coordinacion con los departamentos de planificacion, compras, finanzas y contratos.
