As a Corporate Recruiter at HR-1, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent for Universal Logistics Holdings. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to conduct recruitment activities.
HR-1 delivers a strategic, client-focused approach to human capital management, customized to meet the unique needs of each organization we serve. Our services are designed to help companies control costs, reduce risk, save time, and improve overall performance. At HR-1, we believe our role is to give our clients the freedom to focus on what they do best-running their business.
Responsibilities:
  • Source and attract top talent using multiple channels (LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach)
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates across a variety of roles
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and define role requirements
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a strong candidate experience
  • Track and maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate data
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and continuously improve sourcing and hiring strategies
  • Travel approximately 20-30% to support recruiting initiatives as needed
