About Us

Elysian Wellness Campus is a growing physician-led health and wellness organization in Kansas City. We provide primary care, wellness memberships, IV hydration, hormone wellness, weight loss support, corporate wellness, and community health education.

We are looking for a motivated, people-focused Wellness Sales & Partnerships Representative to help us grow our wellness memberships, community partnerships, corporate wellness events, and wellness service enrollments.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, networking in the community, and connecting individuals and businesses with meaningful wellness services.


About the Role

The Wellness Sales & Partnerships Representative will help generate new clients, memberships, event opportunities, and business partnerships for Elysian.

This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, confident in outreach, comfortable with sales, and excited about health, wellness, and community impact.

You will represent Elysian in the community, follow up with leads, attend events, build referral relationships, and help connect people with services that support their health and wellness goals.


What You’ll Do

Responsibilities include:

  • Build relationships with local businesses, gyms, churches, salons, nonprofits, schools, community groups, and professional organizations
  • Promote Elysian wellness memberships, IV hydration, hormone wellness, weight loss services, and corporate wellness programs
  • Identify and follow up with potential clients, business partners, and referral sources
  • Help schedule consultations, wellness events, corporate wellness opportunities, and membership enrollments
  • Attend community events, vendor fairs, networking events, and wellness pop-ups
  • Support outreach for medical weight loss, hormone wellness, IV hydration, and wellness memberships
  • Track leads, follow-ups, referrals, sales activity, and closed opportunities
  • Work closely with the Elysian leadership team to support monthly growth goals
  • Represent Elysian with warmth, professionalism, and strong communication

Compensation

This role includes commission and performance-based bonuses, with uncapped earning potential.

Schedule

This is a flexible, hybrid, community-based role. Some evening or weekend availability may be needed for community events, vendor fairs, networking events, or wellness pop-ups.
