Description

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time Fleet Program Coordinator position in the Beaumont area.


Job Description:
 
The Fleet Program Coordinator will coordinate repairs and maintenance of fleet vehicles. This position will maintain vehicle assignments, maintain records, process fuel and monthly maintenance invoices, coordinate with executive staff for major repairs/ accidents, and interface with insurance companies regarding accidents.
 

Qualifications:
  • Must have a high school degree or general equivalent degree
  • Must have a high level of computer competence.
  • Must demonstrate knowledge of appropriate skills for communicating with all ages
  • Microsoft Word and Excel experience is preferred
  • Ability to travel with good driving record
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Clean background and drug screen
