What You'll Do as a Standard Jobs Coordinator:
As a Standard Jobs Coordinator, you'll help develop and maintain the service and maintenance standards that support our Product Support operations.
Responsibilities include:
  • Prepare, create, and upload Standard Jobs and PM Checklists using SOC (Service Option Collaborator) and DBS
  • Audit, edit, and maintain the existing Standard Jobs library
  • Work closely with Product Support, Service, Shop, and CVA teams to develop new Standard Jobs and maintenance processes
  • Ensure job data is accurate, organized, and up to date
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to service operations and job standardization
  • Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned

What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of data entry or related administrative experience
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel capabilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across multiple departments

✅ Preferred Experience:
  • Experience with DBS, SOC (Service Option Collaborator), or similar service management systems
  • Experience supporting service, maintenance, or product support operations
  • Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment, maintenance programs, or PM processes
