Job description

About Stockstotrade.com and Millionaire Publishing
StocksToTrade and Millionaire Publishing are part of a fast-growing fintech and financial education company that helps everyday investors and traders learn to navigate the markets with confidence. We produce industry-leading trading software, newsletters, market alerts, webinars, and educational products used by tens of thousands of traders. Our marketing team runs a high-volume content calendar spanning email, webinars, video, and paid promotions - and we're looking for a Copy Coordinator to help keep it all running smoothly.
About the role
The Copy Coordinator is the central hub connecting our copywriters, editors, designers, and marketing leads. You'll own the day-to-day coordination of copy projects - tracking deadlines, managing the marketing calendar, routing drafts for review, and making sure every promo, email, and webinar script moves from brief to final approval on time. This role holds copywriters accountable to a strict production schedule, so it requires someone who is strong on procedure, communicates clearly and confidently, and has the thick skin to push back on missed deadlines without letting it derail working relationships. This is a great role for someone who is highly organized, detail-obsessed, and wants to build a career in marketing or copywriting within a fast-paced financial publishing environment.
What you'll do
  • Manage and maintain the monthly marketing/copy calendar, tracking every email, promo, webinar script, and ad in progress
  • Coordinate intake of copy requests from marketing, sales, and product teams, and assign them to the appropriate writer
  • Track deadlines across multiple concurrent projects and proactively flag anything at risk of slipping
  • Hold copywriters accountable to a strict production schedule, following up firmly and consistently on missed deadlines and enforcing established procedures for how work moves through the pipeline
  • Route drafts through the review and approval process (compliance, legal, editorial, brand) and consolidate feedback for writers
  • Maintain organized records of copy assets, versions, and approval status in project management tools
  • Proofread and quality-check copy for consistency, brand voice, grammar, and formatting before final sign-off
  • Communicate daily with copywriters, editors, designers, and marketing managers to keep projects moving
  • Help onboard freelance or new copywriters to house style, tone, and compliance guidelines
  • Support reporting on copy production volume, turnaround times, and campaign performance as needed
  • Assist with light copywriting or editing tasks (subject lines, short promos, internal briefs) when bandwidth allows
Qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, editorial coordination, or a similar role (agency, publishing, or e-commerce marketing experience is a plus)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and comfort managing multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong written communication skills and a sharp eye for detail (grammar, formatting, consistency)
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Trello, ClickUp, or similar)
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and/or CMS tools is a plus
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with writers, designers, compliance, and sales/marketing leadership
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong on procedure - comfortable enforcing a strict schedule and holding copywriters accountable to deadlines and process
  • Excellent communicator with a thick skin - able to give direct feedback and follow up on missed deadlines without taking pushback personally
  • Interest in finance, trading, or direct-response/financial publishing marketing is a strong plus
  • Prior experience in financial publishing, direct-response marketing, or regulated industries (compliance-reviewed content) is a bonus
Why Join Us
  • Work alongside an experienced, high-performing marketing and editorial team
  • Direct exposure to a high-volume, high-conversion content operation
  • Growth path into copywriting, editorial management, or marketing operations
  • Competitive salary + benefits
