Traffic Operations Center at Newfield, NJ is looking for a Copy Coordinator to join our team!
This is an entry-level position in the exciting world of broadcasting! The Copy Coordinator has a direct influence on all on-air elements. The Copy Coordinator has daily interaction with various Sales, Programming, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Engineering Departments across the country.

ABOUT YOU:

YOUR DAY-DAY:
  • You will be responsible applying multiple copy instructions each day
  • You must complete daily responsibilities within assigned deadlines
  • You will coordinate and work with sales teams and other teams throughout the organization
  • You must cross-train within the team
  • You will provide third-level backup when the team is short staffed
  • You will assist training co-workers in property-specific responsibilities
  • You can work evenings, weekends, and overtime when required
  • Other duties as assigned

YOU HAVE:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of work experience in a professional environment
  • Accurately decipher and implement written instructions
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to maintain a positive and professional attitude
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Capable of problem solving and seeking solutions to challenging issues
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Work under pressure and within deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel
  • Work periods may include day, night, weekend, and holiday rotations. Must be able to work during natural disasters or inclement weather
  • Must be able to work remote as needed with reliable internet access including download speeds of at least 50 Mpbs and upload speeds of at least 10 Mbps
