Warehouse Coordinator – Optimize Logistics and Support Field Operations at Apollo Plumbing and Rooter

The Opportunity

You will serve as the operational backbone of our logistics hub, ensuring field technicians have the exact parts, tools, and equipment needed to deliver exceptional service. This role gives you the autonomy to streamline inventory workflows while directly driving technician productivity and customer satisfaction. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Maintain an organized, accurate, and well-stocked warehouse and vehicle inventory to support daily operations.
  • Coordinate and prep materials for sold jobs to ensure technicians are fully loaded before installation appointments.
  • Execute regular part audits and daily truck replenishment cycles to eliminate field downtime.
  • Procure materials and specialized equipment cost-effectively while tracking all purchases accurately within ServiceTitan.
  • Oversee routine maintenance schedules, repair tracking, and safety checklists for the company vehicle fleet.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently to guarantee proper documentation of all inventory assets.
  • Cultivate proactive communication with dispatch, vendors, and field teams to keep daily workflows running smoothly.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License required for managing and operating fleet logistics.
  • Physical ability to lift 50-75 pounds and work comfortably in varying warehouse temperatures.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of related inventory management or warehouse coordination experience.
  • Prior experience utilizing ServiceTitan or equivalent procurement and logistics tracking software.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate supply shortages and implement efficient process improvements.
