Print Room Clerk Job Description

Make sure that labels which are printed for all programs have been verified 100% for production.

Print Room Clerk Job Responsibilities

  • Ensures quality performance of the print room and its employees.
  • Ensures all documented print room processes and procedures are being followed.
  • Prints all labels pertaining to customer specifications.
  • Performs basic maintenance of printing equipment.
  • Ensures print room is clean, organized and free of safety hazards.
  • Records total number of work orders processed by shift.
  • Monitors and tracks all label inventory.
  • Operates and maintains the HLM High End Copy/Instruction sheet machine.
  • Process PO’s for all Instruction sheet requests for Kit and Consigned work orders.
  • Monitors and tracks paper usage.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Print Room Clerk Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write and communicate effectively
  • Ability to read packaging specifications
  • Ability to demonstrate full knowledge of label matrix program/Cannon High End Copy/Instruction sheet machine as relates to production
