Job Description
  • Remove and install devices and fully configure to an agreed standard (Global Standard Configuration from Certification), including local requirements (A4, Vs Letter, clean room paper, new printer signs/labels, etc.)
  • Manage routed HP tickets that are not Solutions issues
  • Work with end user and HP
  • Perform troubleshooting with the end user coordinating HP's and Customer's technical support until the ticket is resolved or deemed closed
  • Count paper stock at every device
  • Clean devices and copier areas
  • Ensure all safety rules and guidelines are met when lifting/installing/uninstalling
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Drive to various locations within the company
  • Clean driving record
