Job description

Opensity Solutions is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Service Specialist. Service Specialists provide a variety of support within our client locations. They cross train in multiple service areas such as filing, reception, hospitality, records, copy, mail, or other positions as applicable. Service Specialists are expected to provide support to all requests and flex services with a "can do" attitude and philosophy. This position requires a team player mentality, ability to deliver on service commitments timely, and communication skills both with our internal team and our client staff! Provide outstanding service to customers by ensuring the customer needs and requests as it relates to driving and the courier department by exceeding the expectations as governed by Opensity Solutions philosophy of customer service. Generally, reports to the Site Manager or Site Supervisor, depending on the size of the location.
Hours: 10 am - 7 pm
Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Mail Services includes metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages per schedule
  • Copy Services includes accurately producing copy, print and scan projects per written instructions
  • Reception includesanswering incoming telephone calls and routing to the appropriate person, will greet and announce visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Hospitality Services includescoordination and upkeep of client conference rooms, common areas and kitchens. Inspect and ensure that all rooms are clean, stocked with supplies and ready for continual use. Organize and distribute client kitchen supplies. Maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed
  • Floor Coordination includes the upkeep of copy rooms and stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper, and basic daily maintenance
  • Facilities Services may include hanging pictures, small office moves, cleaning services and communication with key client contacts regarding building/equipment concerns.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ work experience in a customer services field
  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail
  • Ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tact
  • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
  • Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
  • Scheduled Shift hours of 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with ability to flex as needed for client needs

The Compensation range for this role is up to 25.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
