Senior On-Site Service Specialist โ€“ Managed Services
Location: New York, NY (Public transportation accessible, no free parking)
Shift: Monโ€“Fri, 10:00 AM โ€“ 7:00 PM

Looking for a Senior On-Site Service Specialist to join our managed services team. In this role, youโ€™ll handle mail center operations, high-volume print production, and office support, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional service. This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, teamwork, and a positive attitude are key.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Operate high-volume copy, print, and document imaging equipment, including finishing/binding tasks.

  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, office supplies, and shipments.

  • Perform print production quality checks and minor copier maintenance.

  • Respond to phone and email inquiries professionally.

  • Support meeting room setups, light maintenance, and other office needs.

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • Extensive mailroom and print production experience (office printer experience alone is not enough).
