Reds Youth Academy Director
Department: Reds Community Fund
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
FLSA Status: Salary, Exempt
Job Summary:
The Director of the Reds Youth Academy is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and operational performance of the P&G MLB Cincinnati Reds Youth Academy. This role oversees facility operations and maintenance, directs the execution of youth baseball and softball programming, assists the execution and completion of the outreach goals of the Reds Community Fund, and serves as a primary community liaison for the Roselawn and Bond Hill neighborhoods. The Director establishes high operational standards, drives organizational coordination, and identifies revenue generating opportunities that support the long-term sustainability of the Academy.
Employees are expected to follow all Cincinnati Reds policies and procedures, serve as positive role models, and manage their workload effectively. This includes demonstrating flexibility, prioritizing tasks efficiently, and meeting departmental productivity standards.

  • Serve as Reds Community Fund Youth Protection Compliance Officer.
  • Serve as primary contact with Major League Baseball Youth Programs, including participation in monthly Academy meetings.
