Job description
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Reports To: Director, Reds Youth Academy
FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt
- Associate degree in Business or relevant field
- 1-3 years of experience in events or facilities operations and logistics
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Ability to work well with staff and interact professionally with guests.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Bachelor's degree in business or relevant field
- 3+ years of experience as a lead administrator or in an operations role
- Previous experience working within professional baseball or softball
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem solving – ability to think quickly to resolve conflicts or unexpected challenges
- Adaptability – quickly adjusting to shifting priorities and new tasks
Primary Job Duties amp; Responsibilities:
- Revenue generation and business development
- Operational leadership and facility management
- Program strategy and execution
- Cross functional coordination
- Occasionally required to sit
- Use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear
- Light lifting/carrying to assist with event preparation
- May be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time
- Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
- Willing to conduct business during non-traditional hours, utilizing games and events (including evenings and weekends) to interact with clients and prospects
