This role ensures consistent execution of instructor led and virtual learning experiences through effective scheduling, communication, reporting, and compliance support.

The position requires strong organizational skills, adaptability to changing priorities, and the ability to work collaboratively across regions to ensure seamless program continuity and a high quality learning experience.What you'll do...

TheWalmart Academy Coordinatorplays a critical role in supporting the delivery of national training programs by ensuring seamless coordination, communication, and operational execution across multiple time zones. This role provides endtoend program support for instructorled and virtual learning experiences, helping ensure consistent, highquality execution for participants, facilitators, and business partners across the country.

Coordinators manage daily, weekly, and monthly operational activities that include roster management, logistics verification, participant communications, live session support, reporting, and compliance tracking. Responsibilities are distributed to provide continuous coverage across Eastern and Western time zones, requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and effective handoffs to maintain continuity throughout the training day.

The role also requires regular use of enterprise tools and shared platforms to manage registrations, scheduling, travel, reporting, and crossteam communication. Successful candidates demonstrate the ability to balance routine execution with changing priorities, collaborate across regions, and support multiple programs simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, accountability, and service excellence.
