A PROPOS DU POSTE
Dans le cadre de la strategie Global Loc 2.0 de 2K, nous etendons et professionnalisons nos operations regionales d'assurance qualite linguistique (LQA) afin d'ameliorer la profondeur des tests, l'alignement interfonctionnel et la qualite linguistique a grande echelle. Nous sommes a la recherche d'un(e) gestionnaire adjoint(e) LQA pour superviser la coordination quotidienne des efforts de tests LQA pour un ou plusieurs titres, et pour soutenir le developpement professionnel des analystes LQA ainsi que des equipes de nos fournisseurs. Ce role est ideal pour un(e) specialiste principal(e) LQA ou un(e) chef d'equipe experimente(e) qui fait la transition vers un poste de gestion de personnel. Vous serez responsable de l'execution des flux de travail d'assurance qualite localises, de l'encadrement des analystes, de la coordination de l'execution des fournisseurs et du soutien aux initiatives d'amelioration des processus - le tout en vous alignant sur les normes de qualite mondiales et les delais de sortie.
CE QUE VOUS FEREZ
- Superviser et coordonner les tests LQA sur les titres ou les pistes de projet assignes, en veillant a l'alignement avec les objectifs de localisation, la preparation a la certification et les normes de qualite mondiales.
- Gerer activement de petites equipes d'analystes et/ou de groupes de fournisseurs, en suivant leurs performances et en offrant de l'encadrement au besoin.
- Collaborer avec les producteurs de la localisation, les concepteurs de jeux et les developpeurs pour s'assurer que la planification des tests, l'analyse des risques et les rapports repondent aux besoins du projet.
- Aider a definir les exigences de test en fonction des jalons, de la portee et des evaluations des risques, sous la direction de la haute direction de l'assurance qualite linguistique (LQA).
- Mettre en uvre et maintenir les meilleures pratiques LQA pour le triage des bogues, la planification de la couverture, les listes de verification et le respect de la terminologie.
- Favoriser la resolution des problemes d'assurance qualite en les signalant aux parties prenantes appropriees et en assurant un suivi en temps opportun.
- Identifier et suggerer des ameliorations aux processus ou aux outils qui augmentent la productivite de l'equipe, la visibilite des bogues ou la precision des tests.
- Participer a la selection et a l'integration des partenaires fournisseurs en assurance qualite, et surveiller le respect des contrats ainsi que les normes de livraison.
- Effectuer des revisions regulieres des plans et des scenarios de test, et s'assurer que la documentation s'aligne sur l'evolution des exigences du projet.
- Soutenir la formation et le mentorat des nouveaux(elles) membres ou juniors de l'equipe, en aidant a faconner les initiatives d'integration, d'encadrement et de perfectionnement des competences.
- Favoriser un environnement de travail collaboratif et inclusif en encourageant la communication ouverte, la responsabilite partagee et l'echange de connaissances.
CE QUE VOUS APPORTEZ
- 4 a 6 ans et plus d'experience en assurance qualite de la localisation, avec au moins 1 a 2 ans dans un role d'analyste principal(e) ou de chef d'equipe.
- Experience de travail avec des fournisseurs externes en assurance qualite, des equipes distribuees ou des pipelines de sortie multilingues.
- Familiarite avec les outils LQA, les methodologies d'assurance qualite et les systemes de gestion de contenu (ex. : Jira, TestRail, Xray, outils CAT, TMS, CMS).
- Solide comprehension de la conformite des diverses plateformes, de l'assurance qualite linguistique et des exigences en matiere de tests d'internationalisation.

We are seeking an LQA Associate Manager to oversee the day-to-day coordination of LQA testing efforts for one or more titles and support the professional development of LQA Analysts and vendor teams.
This role is ideal for an experienced Senior LQA specialist or team lead transitioning into formal people management. You'll be responsible for running localized QA workflows, mentoring analysts, coordinating vendor execution, and supporting process improvement initiatives-all while aligning with global quality standards and release timelines.
What You'll Do- Â Oversee and coordinate LQA testing on assigned titles or project tracks, ensuring alignment with localization goals, certification readiness, and global quality standards
- Â Provide hands-on management of small analyst teams and/or vendor groups, tracking their performance and offering coaching where needed
- Â Collaborate with localization producers, game designers, and developers to ensure test planning, risk analysis, and reporting meet project needs
- Â Help define test requirements based on milestones, scope, and risk assessments, with guidance from senior LQA leadership
- Â Implement and maintain LQA best practices for bug triage, coverage planning, checklists, and terminology adherence
- Â Drive QA issue resolution by escalating to the appropriate stakeholders and ensuring timely follow-up
