Job description
Résidence RI Lemire, an establishment recognized for its commitment to the well-being of its residents, is looking for a passionate and creative Chef to join our dynamic team. If you are a dedicated culinary professional and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents, this opportunity is for you! Responsibilities: Design and prepare balanced and tasty menus, taking into account the nutritional needs and preferences of residents.
Lead and supervise the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Ensure the quality of the dishes served and ensure the careful presentation of meals. Manage supply orders, inventory and compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
Participate in the organization of special events and themed meals to enrich the culinary experience of residents. Requirements: Diploma in cooking or equivalent training. Previous experience as a Chef, preferably in a healthcare or catering environment.
Excellent team management and communication skills. Passion for healthy and balanced cooking, with a desire to innovate and experiment with new recipes. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
