The Hospital Chaplain provides and coordinates pastoral care and spiritual support to patients, families, staff, and visitors. As a vital member of the interdisciplinary health care team, the chaplain ensures holistic care by integrating spiritual and emotional support into patient treatment plans. This role responds to emergency needs, offers guidance during illness or injury, and supports individuals facing complex medical and ethical decisions. The chaplain also fosters relationships within the broader community and organizes interfaith worship experiences for patients, families, and staff.
