Thirteen Bar and Restaurant in Verona, WI located on the property of the Pioneer Pointe Golf Club is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time and Part Time-Line Cooks! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fastpaced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Position Summary 
Executes menu items with precision, consistency, and urgency in a fast-paced kitchen environment. 
 
Core Responsibilities 
  • Prepare and cook menu items to recipe standards.
  • Maintain station cleanliness and organization.
  • Execute tickets accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen team during service. 
         Standards & Accountability 
        • Maintain professionalism and composure during high-volume service.
        • Protect operational standards and guest experience at all times.
        • Represent Thirteen’s hospitality culture consistently.  
        Qualifications
        • Understanding of kitchen operations and cooking techniques.
        • Previous Line Cook experience; 1+ years preferred.
        • Ability to work under pressure.
        • Food safety knowledge required.
        • Availability for nights, weekends, and peak-event shifts.
