Manufacturing Machine Adjuster

Converting Machines

(1 OR MORE OPENINGS)

Position Pay:

$23.85

After 6 Months:

$27.58

Must be available to work all shifts.

1st Shift - 7:00 am - 3:00 pm

2nd Shift - 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

3rd Shift - 11:00 pm - 7:00 am

This is a Union position that follows a Collective Bargaining Agreement.


Primary Purpose:

Setup, adjust, maintain and operate converting machine W+D and all associated equipment.

Job Duties:

  • Setup size change for current product line
  • Process W+D Flexo Plates
  • Perform machine troubleshooting as required
  • Operate high speed envelope converting/printing machine
  • Operate motorized power equipment
  • Perform TPM’s as required
  • Able to replace and set rotary knifes
  • Able to maintain 5S and a safe work environment
  • Understand and perform Color Management
  • Understand and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Use test and gauge equipment
  • Able to perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Able to work with computer and automation equipment
  • Able to work with solvents, oil and grease
  • Ability to work from heights
  • Use hand and power tools

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
