Paper Machine Supervisor

Salary Up to $125,000 + Excellent Benefits + Paid Relocation Package

Join a paper mill in a quiet, scenic location that is considered an ultra-low cost of living, massive outdoor playground, and tight-knit community feel. This is a rotating shift position: Work 14 days out of a 28 day schedule.

Minimum requirements for this Paper Machine Supervisor:

· At least 3 years of paper machine operations experience

· Proven leadership as a Supervisor, Lead, or Engineer in the paper industry

· Strong knowledge of paper machine processes, troubleshooting, and optimization

· Excellent communication and team management skills

· Ability to work rotating shifts and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
