Job description


As an Individual Contributor, this role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising programs across digital and traditional media to support business and marketing objectives. This role contributes to measurable outcomes by managing media investments, analyzing performance, and improving brand awareness, demand generation, and conversion performance across the marketing funnel.
Responsibilities
  • Media Strategy and Planning: Owns media strategy and develops integrated paid media plans aligned to strategic business goals across all channels (digital and traditional advertising).
  • Campaign Performance Optimization: Analyzes performance data, translating to actionable incomes to optimize performance across all channels to improve ROAS and conversion rates. Identifies opportunities, issues, and assists in the creation, management, and optimization of marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Budget and Financial Management: Manages media budgets, forecasts spend, and monitors pacing to ensure alignment with approved plans. Coordinates required compliance reviews and approvals to support timely and accurate campaign execution.
  • Agency and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manages day-to-day relationships with media agencies and collaborates with internal partners to support campaign development, execution, and reporting. Ensures alignment across teams to deliver cohesive and effective advertising programs.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Drives lead conversion rate optimization efforts through testing and funnel analysis; develops and implements optimization plans and performs result analysis for continued growth.
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Equivalent work experience or certification(s) may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Level I:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, including paid media strategy, execution, and performance optimization.
  • Level II:
    • Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing, including paid media strategy, execution, and performance optimization.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with Google Ads, The Trade Desk, Meta Business Suite Advertising, and Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience managing large and complex media budgets
  • Demonstrated experience working with digital advertising platforms, performance analytics tools, and media measurement methodologies. Familiarity with data visualization tools, marketing automation platforms, conversion tracking, attribution models, and project management software is preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge and skill proficiency in digital marketing and social media marketing.
  • Intermediate knowledge and skill proficiency in brand and marketing understanding, business analytics, communication, content creation, critical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, customer experience, project management, and technology acumen.
