The scope of the proposed services will include the following:
  • Analyze and map data from the old system to the new one.
  • Develop and implement data conversion plans.
  • Design and execute data validation and testing processes.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data conversion process.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other departments to define and prioritize data conversion requirements.
  • Research and evaluate new data conversion technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Mentor and train other team members on data conversion best practices.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress and status.
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
  • Ten (10) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in:
    • Data analysis, mapping, and migration between legacy and modern systems
    • Developing and implementing comprehensive data conversion plans
    • Designing and executing data validation and testing processes
    • Ensuring data quality, integrity, and consistency throughout conversion projects
    • Collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and cross-functional departments to define and prioritize data conversion requirements
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable:
  • Prior experience with LADOTD data or other similar state applications.
  • Experience with data conversion tools, ETL platforms, and scripting languages.

This is a remote position.
