Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Data Conversion Lead to oversee data migration activities in a critical modernization effort. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate data migration from legacy systems to a modern platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate and maintain data quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage data conversion strategies aligned with project timelines.
  • Validate data accuracy and usability in the new system with various stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to oversee data migration processes.
  • Lead data cleanup efforts and resolve conversion-related issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data mapping and conversion processes.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in Oracle, SQL Server, and Erwin Data Modeler.
