As a Senior Contractual Services Commercial Manager - NAM/LATAM, you will lead proposal development, contract negotiations, commercial risk assessment, and compliance with contractual commitments. You will also contribute by identifying opportunities to strengthen competitiveness, improve deal quality, and support long-term business growth
As a Senior Contractual Services Commercial Manager - NAM/LATAM, you will be responsible for:
  • Leading deal teams in proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations for complex service agreements, including the preparation and submission of tender documentation
  • Ensuring deals deliver sustainable business value through balanced risk and opportunity assessment, including peaking and base-load requirements in contractual modelling
  • Driving commercial innovation and competitive positioning in dynamic and highly competitive markets
  • Managing contractual risk, compliance, and negotiation strategy across Internal and External stakeholders
  • Developing and executing commercial models and strategies across:
    • Oil & Gas and power generation
    • Data centre infrastructure, including critical power and reliability-driven service models (desired)
  • Building strong customer relationships to identify long-term service opportunities and growth levers
  • Adapting commercial solutions to customer operating conditions, contractual frameworks, and business drivers
  • Collaborating across engineering, operations, finance, legal, and risk teams to develop aligned and executable commercial solutions
  • Applying strong technical and commercial understanding of heavy-duty gas turbines, aeroderivative gas turbines, compressors, electric motors, and generators to support customer solutions.

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical or Aeronautical preferred), Business, or a related field
  • Have a 3/5 years of experience in commercial, contracts, or proposal management roles, ideally within the Oil & Gas, industrial, or power sectors
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of LTSAs/lifecycle contract negotiation, commercial risk assessment, and proposal strategy
  • Have an experience in aeroderivative and heavy-duty gas turbines OEM services
  • Addressing and leading decarbonization, emission reduction, promoting hydrogen capabilities.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels of the organization
  • Have a strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to lead by influence in a matrix environment
  • Have an ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate several opportunities simultaneously
  • Have a strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Be willing to travel as required across the Americas
  • Be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
