Superior Contracting & Maintenance is currently seeking experienced residential plumbing professionals to join our contractor network for ongoing maintenance and service work orders. We offer consistent opportunities within your local coverage area through established residential and property management partnerships.
This opportunity is ideal for independent contractors looking for flexible scheduling, steady workflow opportunities, and prompt payment processing after completed work.

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is a trusted repair and maintenance company with over 13 years of industry experience, headquartered near Atlanta, GA. We support homeowners, residential communities, and property management groups across multiple states by providing dependable repair and maintenance services.
Our plumbing contractors perform residential plumbing repairs, troubleshooting, replacements, and maintenance services while maintaining strong communication and professional workmanship standards.
Requirements
  • Must operate as an independent 1099 contractor
  • Active General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided)
  • Minimum of 3 years of plumbing experience preferred
  • Must own plumbing tools and reliable transportation (truck, van, or SUV)
  • Must complete a brief onboarding and portal walkthrough prior to receiving assignments
  • Comfortable using an online portal system for updates, photos, and communication
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Must currently reside and work within the United States

Disqualifiers
  • No active insurance coverage
  • Inability to complete onboarding requirements
  • Lack of communication or unreliable transportation
  • No trade tools available for service work

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to residential plumbing service requests in assigned areas
