Job description

Position: Windows Imaging L3

Location: Atlanta GA

Job type: Contract

Required Skills:

  • The Imaging L3 role requires advanced technical expertise and hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM and Intune in enterprise endpoint management.
  • Nomad Cache Expertise:

Proven hands-on experience with the Nomad Cache tool, including its implementation, configuration, and optimization to ensure efficient content distribution and minimal network impact during large-scale deployments.

  • PXE-based Imaging Proficiency:
    Strong practical experience with PXE-based imaging solutions, which are a critical component of the customerโ€™s image deployment and installation infrastructure. This includes troubleshooting PXE boot issues and ensuring reliable imaging workflows.
  • Windows Client Upgrade Experience:
    Extensive experience in performing Windows Client device upgrades using SCCM Task Sequences, covering both in-place upgrades and feature updates across enterprise-scale environments.
  • OSD Task Sequence Management:
    Demonstrated ability to design, create, and modify Operating System Deployment (OSD) Task Sequencesย to support new operating system versions and deployment requirements.
  • PowerShell Scripting Skills:

Proficiency in PowerShell scripting to customize imaging processes, automate tasks, and diagnose or resolve imaging-related issues efficiently.

  • End-User Engagement and Support:

Ability to interact directly with end users throughout the upgrade and deployment lifecycle, ensuring clear communication, timely follow-ups, and effective resolution of issues to maintain a positive user experience.

  • Microsoft Intune Knowledge:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune, with a particular focus on deploying and managing Win32 applicationsย as part of modern endpoint management practices.
