Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 base salary + hiring incentives + full A&M benefits
About A&M Technologies
A&M Technologies, Inc. is a growing federal technology services company supporting customers across the DoD and Intelligence Community. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to help strengthen our recruiting efforts and take our talent strategy to the next level.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on role for an experienced technical recruiter who understands the federal contracting environment and knows how to identify and recruit top technical talent.
The ideal candidate can clearly distinguish between Software Developers, Systems Engineers, System Administrators, Network Engineers, Project Managers, and other technical disciplines, and understands what makes a strong candidate for each.
Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical positions supporting DoD and Intelligence Community customers.
  • Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of technical and cleared talent.
  • Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand current and future staffing requirements.
  • Help streamline recruiting, onboarding, and employee processing.
  • Attend local recruiting events, career fairs, and industry networking events throughout the DMV.
  • Help improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and employee retention.
  • Support A&M's continued growth through industry relationship building and networking.
  • Participate in select business development activities, with additional bonus incentives for successful business development efforts.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of technical recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience recruiting within Federal IT, DoD, Intelligence Community, or Government Contracting strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and skill sets.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a 100% remote environment.
  • Must be local to the DMV area and available for occasional local events.
  • Experience recruiting cleared professionals is highly preferred.
  • Active security clearance is a plus, but not required.
  • Business development or federal contracting experience is a plus.
Why A&M?
A&M is at an exciting stage of growth, and we are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and make an impact. This is more than a traditional recruiting position-you will have the opportunity to help shape our hiring process, build our talent network, support our employees, and contribute directly to the company's growth.
  • Join A&M and help us build the team that takes us to the next level.

Pay & Benefits HighlightsCompensation
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Additional bonus opportunities for exceptional performance and contributions to business development and company growth.
Health & Wellness
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and eligible dependents.
  • Deductible reimbursement of up to $1,000 for employee-only coverage and up to $2,000 for family coverage upon meeting plan deductibles.
Income Protection
  • 100% company-paid short-term disability insurance.
  • 100% company-paid long-term disability insurance.
  • 100% company-paid accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance.
  • Company-paid life insurance coverage up to $150,000.
Retirement
  • 401(k) plan with immediate vesting upon eligibility. Employees become eligible after six months of service.
  • Pre-tax and Roth contribution options available.
  • Company Match: A&M provides a dollar-for-dollar match on employee contributions up to 6% of eligible compensation.
  • Non-Elective Contribution (NEC): A&M provides an additional 6% company contribution to all eligible participants, regardless of employee contributions.
Paid Time Off
  • Up to 18 days of flexible paid time off (PTO).
  • Additional PTO awarded based on years of service: +2 days after 3 years, +4 days after 6 years, and +7 days after 10 years.
  • 10 paid holidays annually, including up to four floating holidays.
Work-Life Balance
  • Flexible work schedules, including flex time and compressed work schedules, based on contract and project requirements.
