INFORMATION/REQUIREMENTS:
This position will remain open until filled. The first screening of applications will take place at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, August 5, 2026. Applications received after that date may be reviewed and considered as they are received. An essential function of this position is the ability to work in person and physically report for work on site.
This position will support talent development initiatives across the Talent Management & Development Department, including project management, the design and delivery of engaging adult learning experiences for diverse staff audiences, and the innovative use of technology to enhance systems and programs.
JOB SUMMARY:
This position serves as part of the Talent Management Department, which is accountable for the leadership development and growth of school-based and central office administrators and classified staff within the Division. This skilled work involves the exercise of judgment, professionalism, accountability, collaboration, and discretion. This position shall be responsible, under the direction of the supervisor, to perform essential responsibilities in support of the design, implementation, communication, delivery, and evaluation of Talent Management programming and offerings for the school division. Participates in special projects as directed by management.

Grade 15 Salary Range: $106,965 - $173,391 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package
