Recruitment Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Implement innovative sourcing methods to attract high-quality candidates.
Stakeholder Partnership
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Advise hiring managers on interview techniques, selection of best practices, and market trends.
  • Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring progress.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

Data & Process Management
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain ATS data integrity and ensure compliance with all legal and HR requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruitment processes.
Skills / Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in a broader talent acquisition role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting practices, labor market trends, and HR compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with UKG, applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and decision-making skills.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
