Job description

Trinity Social Services is a CARF-accredited, C&A, adult Community Medicaid, and Intensive Family Provider, and we are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable IFI Team Leader to join the agency!

The Team Leader will work with the IFI team to provide individual/family counseling and crisis intervention intended to improve family functioning by clinically stabilizing the living arrangement, promoting reunification, or preventing the utilization of out-of-home therapeutic venues.

Candidates must be skilled in various counseling techniques (CBT, REBT, Family Systems, Behavior Modification, etc.) and provide services (crisis intervention, family counseling, and individual counseling) per Medicaid/DBHDD guidelines. Only licensed/credentialed candidates will be considered - Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT).


The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in the following areas and be able to demonstrate and document the following:
Individual Counseling
Family Counseling
Crisis Intervention
Discharge Planning
Maintain Detailed and Thorough Client Records (BIRP Notes)
Maintain Knowledge of GA Medicaid Policies and Standards


Candidates should also possess:

Valid Driver's License
Valid Clinical License/Credential in GA
Ability to Lead Weekly Team Meetings & Provide Team Supervision
At least 1 year of IFI Experience
is preferred; however, we offer training
Available for Non-Traditional Work Hours & Crises
Ability to Maintain Confidential Information (HIPAA)
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Basic Experience with CareLogic ECR System; however, we offer training
