Job Title: Remote Customer Service Representative - Hotel Bookings
Location: Remote | United States
Schedule: Flexible (Part-Time or Full-Time)

About the Role:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our growing travel support team. In this role, you will assist clients with hotel reservations, provide travel-related information, and deliver excellent customer service in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with hotel research and booking
Provide accurate details on pricing, availability, and amenities
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Maintain organized client records
Participate in virtual training and team meetings
