About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support product and program operations within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This role will play a critical part in managing logistics, coordinating product flow, and supporting initiatives tied to community impact and strategic programs.
You will work across multiple teams to ensure seamless execution of operational processes-from forecasting and order management to shipment tracking and reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who thrives in structured, execution-focused roles and enjoys working behind the scenes to keep complex programs running smoothly.
What You'll Do
  • Coordinate end-to-end order management and logistics, including forecasting, booking, shipping, and delivery tracking.
  • Manage product allocation, kitting, and distribution workflows to ensure efficient use of inventory.
  • Track and maintain accurate records of shipments, orders, and program activity using internal systems.
  • Support data management and reporting, including compiling reports for cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., operations, finance, compliance).
  • Partner with internal teams (design, operations, finance) and external recipients/vendors to ensure timely execution.
  • Maintain and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist in managing program timelines, communications, and deliverables across a matrixed organization.

What You'll Bring
  • 2-4 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or program coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP or order management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
  • Strong Excel skills (data tracking, reporting, reconciliation).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Degree preferred but not required.

Bonus Points
  • Experience supporting product distribution, inventory coordination, or fulfillment operations.
  • Familiarity with corporate responsibility, nonprofit programs, or donation-based initiatives.
