Work Set Up: 100% Remote

Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a Marketing Associate Manager to support the Supply Chain and Engineering Reinvention partner marketing team, with a focus on Infrastructure and Capital Projects (I&CP). This role will work closely with global marketing and business stakeholders to drive the growth of I&CP through the orchestration of strategic marketing initiatives across multiple markets. The position will focus on sales enablement, digital marketing, social activation, content development, SEO optimization, and program tracking within a highly collaborative global environment.

What you will do:

  • Lead the creation of sales enablement materials including videos, client conversation decks, infographics, and client success stories.
  • Oversee marketing-related updates and content management for the solution tablet on ARC.
  • Develop and support content for events, including demos, speeches, presentation materials, and social media promotion.
  • Monitor and update I&CP webpages, ensuring SEO optimization and content accuracy.
  • Lead the people profiles campaign across social platforms by sourcing stories and developing supporting assets.
  • Collaborate with the social media team to manage editorial calendars and execute leader-led social strategies.
  • Support local market teams in activating Infrastructure and Capital Projects programs within their respective regions.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and KPI outcomes.
  • Manage ongoing I&CP marketing initiatives including social strategy activation, people profile programs, SEO activities, and program tracking.
  • Coordinate with global creative, campaign management, strategy, content, and event teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of deliverables.
  • Brief and oversee the development of creative materials to ensure consistency with brand and campaign objectives.
  • Maintain organized project tracking processes and monitor program progress across multiple initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience executing marketing initiatives within a global environment, including video content, sales enablement materials, digital campaigns, social media, and event-related content promotion.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills within global and remote teams.
  • Experience supporting social media strategy, editorial calendar management, and leader-led social campaigns.
  • Familiarity with SEO optimization and website content management practices.
  • Ability to oversee and brief creative asset development while ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Strong project management, tracking, reporting, and KPI monitoring capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal Business English communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with global creative, strategy, campaign management, content, and event teams in a remote environment.
  • Experience supporting Infrastructure and Capital Projects marketing initiatives or related industry programs is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
