Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant / Coordinator II to support B2B Marketing and Field Services initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing and Sales Operations, working closely with Sales Leadership and Marketing teams to drive growth across key strategic accounts. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in delivering effective B2B communications, supporting commercial strategies, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives that elevate business performance both in-clinic and online.


Responsibilities
  • Support execution of B2B marketing programs and field services initiatives
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Marketing teams to drive growth across strategic accounts
  • Develop and manage B2B communications, commercial offers, and localized marketing tools
  • Provide operational and coordination support for Flagships, SkinLabs, Corporate, and Strategic Accounts
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all marketing deliverables and campaigns
  • Assist in tracking performance and improving marketing effectiveness
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and professional partners

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Prior experience in B2B marketing, marketing coordination, or related role
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and service-driven mindset
