Marketing Associate - Life Sciences (9-Month Contract)

As we deliver our ambitious 2030 Growth Strategy, we are looking for a Marketing Associate- Life Sciences (9-Month Contract) based in Princeton, NJ to support strategic marketing initiatives that enhance Croda's market presence, customer engagement, and growth across our Life Sciences portfolio. This role will partner closely with commercial, technical, innovation, and global marketing teams to translate complex scientific concepts into compelling customer-focused marketing programs.
Who We're Looking For
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Combination of scientific knowledge and marketing communications experience preferred.

Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, scientific communications, digital marketing, or a related business function.

  • Experience supporting B2B marketing campaigns, customer communications, events, and content development.

  • Exposure to pharmaceuticals, biologics, vaccine technologies, drug delivery systems, excipients, or related Life Sciences markets preferred.

  • Experience using CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, marketing automation systems, or analytics platforms is a plus.

Other
  • Ability to translate technical and scientific information into clear, customer-focused messaging.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities with attention to detail.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Support the development and execution of strategic marketing programs for Croda's Life Sciences business.

  • Create and maintain scientific marketing content, brochures, customer presentations, technical communications, and digital assets.

  • Assist with planning and execution of product launches, customer campaigns, webinars, conferences, and industry events.

  • Develop customer-facing materials that communicate the value of Croda's Life Sciences technologies and solutions.

  • Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to identify industry trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.

  • Support sales enablement through customer presentations, value propositions, marketing tools, and campaign materials.

  • Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, Regulatory, Commercial, and Global Marketing teams to help ensure technical accuracy and compelling messaging.

  • Monitor campaign performance and marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Support website updates, digital campaigns, lead generation activities, and customer communications.

  • Assist with initiatives that strengthen Croda's brand as a trusted innovation partner in the Life Sciences market.

Additional Information

  • Annual Base Salary Range: $74,000.00-$94,000.00 This range reflects the base salary the company reasonably expects to pay for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, education, and skill level. Additional compensation, such as annual bonuses or other incentives, may be offered based on eligibility and company policies.
