Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiasticย Product Marketing Associateย to join our marketing teamย onsite (non-remote)ย at our headquarters inย Vernon Hills, IL. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting various marketing initiatives to promote our products, services, and brand. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, brings fresh ideas, stays up to date on digital and social media trends, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, creation, and execution of marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels
  • Manage and support social media content creation, scheduling, and tracking to grow and maintain a consistent brand presence
  • Support email marketing campaigns, including design, content development, and performance tracking
  • Ensure brand guidelines and messaging are consistently applied across all marketing materials and communication channels
  • Provide support for event coordination, including tradeshows, marketing events, and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Product Management teams to develop effective marketing materials such as social media graphics, emails, flyers, catalogs, and promotional assets
  • Play a key support role in product launches and ongoing promotional efforts
  • Assist with special projects as needed, including market research, analytics, campaign tracking, and reporting
  • Support administrative and operational marketing tasks, including SAP-related work (training provided if needed)
  • Track and analyze performance of social, digital, and other marketing campaigns and share insights with the team
  • Stay current on marketing trends, social media best practices, and emerging tools and platforms

Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree is strongly preferred (Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field)
  • Prior experience in a marketing role with a strong focus on digital and social media marketing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software and tools is advantageous.
  • Graphic design experience, with the ability to create visually engaging social posts, emails, and print materials
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and social media management tools
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus, but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn and take on new challenges
  • Creative thinker who brings fresh ideas and is willing to try new approaches
