  • Maintain working knowledge of Digital Payment Solutions offerings, contract standards, and relevant industry developments that affect commercial agreements
  • Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.

Experience you'll need to have:

  • Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating client, vendor, or other commercial contracts in a corporate legal, contract management, or contract administration environment
  • Experience supporting contract workflows and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience interpreting contract language, responding to client redlines, identifying commercial or legal risk, and preparing issues for escalation and approval
  • Proficiency with a variety of software applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience using PDF editing tools (e.g., Adobe Acrobat) to produce and manage contract documents
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, related 5+ years' experience and/or military experience

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience using contract management processes, document review practices, and negotiation principles in a regulated or technology-enabled business environment
  • Experience in a Fortune 500 contracting function
  • Experience negotiating technology-focused contracts for financial institutions or financial technology providers
  • Familiarity with payment, money movement, bill pay, account-to-account transfer, or data aggregation services

How you'll work:

  • Paid holidays and generous time away policies.
  • No-cost mental health support through Employee Assistance Programs.
  • Living Proof program to recognize your peers' extra effort with points redeemable for rewards.
