Job Description

Are you an experienced Contracts Coordinator looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company? Do you want the chance to advance your career by joining a rapidly growing company? If you answered "yes" to any of these questions - this is the position for you!

Daily Responsibilities:  

Assist with the contract submission process and the auditing of provider information systems (AMISYS) for consistency and best practices in Provider set up.

Maintain spreadsheets and collect, track, prepare, compile, and distribute statistical data for daily and monthly reports.

Maintain and report on the Health Plan(s) compliance with contract submission rules and exception requests and communicate to Manager on a monthly basis


Hours for this Position:

Monday-Friday; 8AM-5PM

Pay rate starting at $16 per hour

Qualifications/ Requirements: 


2+ years of data entry experience


Intermediate excel skills


Experience with MS office


2+ years of some sort of customer service experience
