Job description

Contracts Management Analyst I, II, III personnel support the customer by drafting and coordinating procurement, and acquisition documents in alignment with FA, DFARS, and DOW 5000 requirements. They assist with events, requirements, development, source selection, activities, and contract administration tasks such as preparing requests, modifications, and tracking deliverables. This entry level role requires strong attention to detail a willingness to learn federal acquisition processes and the ability to contribute across both pre-award and post-award contracting functions. This position is pending contract award. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have a Secret or Top Secret w/SCI eligibility. Responsibilities : * Assist in drafting procurement-related documents in accordance with FAR DFARS and DOW 5000 series requirements * Support coordination of Industry Days and acquisition-related events * Assist in developing Market Research Reports Work Statements CDRLs, CLIN structures, DD 254s, Acquisition Plans, and related documents * Support preparation of Source Selection Plans, Justifications & Approvals and Determinations & Findings * Provide administrative support for source selection activities * Assist with contract administration including Procurement Requests Modification and Technical Direction Letters/Instructions * Track contract obligations expenditures and deliverables
